Timothy
Timothy has always been dedicated to deepening his understanding and awareness of self and life with the aim of being of service to others.
His journey to become a yoga and meditation teacher began in India, where he earned accreditation as a yoga teacher and delved into the philosophy of yoga, and what it means to practice yoga in all aspects of life. He spent many years also practicing meditation and mindfulness, and exploring the Buddhist teachings, through the Triratna lineage. Additionally, he ventured into the Amazon jungle of Peru for several months, to study under the Shipbho lineage, learning the traditions of the healing power of plants and nature.
These paths always brought him to the power of the heart; and the importance of cultivating compassion, kindness, love and understanding of self and others.
This blend of ancient cultures and traditions has greatly influenced his approach to yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices he facilitates and practices. Timothy’s work is deeply rooted in a connection with nature, and the heart, as he supports those he works with to tap into their innate power and live a more skillful, balanced and joyful life.
