Guests will observe silence except during classes and the designated free time from 2pm to 5pm. For those who wish to be in full silence for the entire week, it’s also possible.

*Noble Silence from 7pm to 10am and during meals every day.

Pema

Pema is an experienced meditation teacher with over a decade of dedicated practice in Tibetan Buddhism, specifically in the Dzogchen tradition. He learned from respected teachers like H.H.
